Every once in a while, I’ll get a call from someone who has been injured in an accident, but has waited too long to contact a Toledo personal injury attorney.

In Ohio, people who have been injured in an auto accident generally have two years to file a lawsuit. If they miss this deadline, they are forever barred from pursuing a claim.
